We’re thrilled to share the news that Jim has just won this award. He has been involved in the pet industry for nearly quarter of a century, and is passionate about pet nutrition. Jim promotes our products with knowledge and a thorough understanding of what makes a great pet food.

He loves dealing with retailers and being able to offer help and advice on pet food issues. Jim is thoroughly deserving of this award and is very well respected by all who know him.

PATS 2010 Retailers Choice Product of the Year Award

We are especially thrilled to have won this award for our innovative product for overweight dogs, ‘Fat Dog Slim’, because the votes were cast by pet retailers countrywide.

‘Fat Dog Slim’ made an immediate impact when it was launched in March 2010.

We’ve had an amazing response to ‘Fat Dog Slim’. Some dogs can put weight on very easily, just like us! We’ve formulated a unique light diet food, which simply does what it says.

We’re really delighted it’s been so well received and was recognised with this award so soon after launch.

We’re also delighted to have been presented with the prestigious ‘Supplier of the Year Award’ at the PPRA annual awards, presented at PetIndex, the UK’s most comprehensive trade show for the Pet care industry.
We’re as passionate about providing great service as we are about making great products, so this award means a lot.

We’ve really tried to understand the needs of our stockists, to make products you lovley dog and cat lovers want to buy, to make them easy to order, process and merchandise, and to provide the best after sales service we can.
